Notre Service قسمنا Our Department
Le Service de Chirurgie Viscérale et Digestive de l'Hôpital Régional de Tataouine a obtenu le statut de service hospitalo-universitaire en décembre 2019, par décision conjointe des ministères de l'Enseignement Supérieur et de la Santé, publiée au Journal Officiel de la République Tunisienne.
Cette accréditation marque une étape historique pour la santé dans la région de Tataouine, renforçant l'infrastructure hospitalière, l'accès à des équipements chirurgicaux modernes incluant la chirurgie laparoscopique, et la réduction des délais d'attente pour les patients.
Le service assume désormais une triple mission : soins de haute qualité, formation des étudiants et résidents en médecine, et recherche académique, contribuant à attirer des compétences médicales de haut niveau au profit de la population de Tataouine et des régions voisines.
حصل قسم جراحة الجهاز الهضمي والامعاء بالمستشفى الجهوي بتطاوين على الصبغة الجامعية في ديسمبر 2019، بموجب قرار مشترك بين وزيري التعليم العالي والصحة، نشر رسمياً في الرائد الرسمي للجمهورية التونسية.
يمثل هذا الاعتماد نقلة نوعية للخدمات الصحية في ولاية تطاوين، إذ أسهم في تعزيز البنية التحتية للمستشفى وتجهيزه بأحدث المعدات الجراحية بما فيها منظار الجراحة، مما أتاح إجراء العمليات محلياً وقلّص فترات الانتظار للمرضى.
يضطلع القسم اليوم بثلاثة أدوار متكاملة: تقديم الرعاية الصحية عالية الجودة، تكوين الطلبة والأطباء المقيمين، والبحث العلمي الأكاديمي، مما يساهم في جذب كفاءات طبية عليا لخدمة أهالي تطاوين والمناطق المجاورة.
The Department of Visceral and Digestive Surgery at Tataouine Regional Hospital received its university hospital status in December 2019, through a joint decision of the Ministries of Higher Education and Health, published in the Official Gazette of the Tunisian Republic.
This accreditation marks a historic milestone for healthcare in the Tataouine region, strengthening hospital infrastructure, access to modern surgical equipment including laparoscopic surgery, and reducing waiting times for patients.
The department now fulfills a triple mission: high-quality patient care, training of medical students and residents, and academic research, contributing to attracting top medical talent for the benefit of the population of Tataouine and neighboring regions.
